Our team will be in contact when we have an appointment in your area, We'll be moving with a lot of caution over the next few weeks to make sure we do this right, so we just ask that you keep bearing with us a bit. It'll take us a little while longer to get fully back up to speed.

A few things it might be helpful to know before we get in touch with your appointment options:

  • We will aim to install both gas and electricity meters at the same time

  • We'll give you a morning or afternoon appointment and call you to let you know we're on our way

  • There will need to be someone over 18 in the house for us to work

  • It usually takes 1-2 hours to install a smart meter

  • It can take up to 14 days once we've installed the meter to fully connect to it (we're reliant on some external industry processes)

  • We'll leave you with an in-home display, a small screen displaying interesting data on your energy use
