Our team will be in contact when we have an appointment in your area, We'll be moving with a lot of caution over the next few weeks to make sure we do this right, so we just ask that you keep bearing with us a bit. It'll take us a little while longer to get fully back up to speed.
A few things it might be helpful to know before we get in touch with your appointment options:
We will aim to install both gas and electricity meters at the same time
We'll give you a morning or afternoon appointment and call you to let you know we're on our way
There will need to be someone over 18 in the house for us to work
It usually takes 1-2 hours to install a smart meter
It can take up to 14 days once we've installed the meter to fully connect to it (we're reliant on some external industry processes)
We'll leave you with an in-home display, a small screen displaying interesting data on your energy use
