A few things it might be helpful to know before we get in touch with your appointment options:

  • We we'll aim to install both electricity and gas meters at the same time.

  • We'll give you a morning or afternoon appointment and call you to let you know we're on our way.

  • There will need to be someone over 18 in the house for us to work.

  • It usually takes 1-2 hours to install a smart meter.

  • It can take up to 14 days once we've installed the meter to fully connect to it (we're reliant on some external industry processes).

  • We'll leave you with an in-home display, a small screen displaying interesting data on your energy use.
