TPI Code of Practice.

What is the Code of Practice?

The Code of Practice is a set of standards that helps to protect our business customers.

It helps to make sure that the third party intermediaries (TPIs) we work with are fair, honest and transparent when they sell energy.

These TPIs, who negotiate or agree energy supply contracts on behalf of businesses, must take reasonable steps to apply the standards.

How it helps businesses.

TPIs aren’t regulated by Ofgem. Our Code of Practice is a set of principles to make sure you know you’re dealing with a trustworthy intermediary.

You’ll be assured that any TPI listed below wants to do business in a fair and responsible way.

And if you think they're not meeting these standards, you can get in touch with us.
