Why should I get the E.ON Next app?
Your energy is literally within your fingertips. You can access your account whenever and wherever you are, even worldwide. It's also easy-to-use. You can use this power to improve your energy saving, check on your energy costs or make a payment.
Plus you can use the energy graphs to see how much electricity and gas you're using day-to-day. If you have a smart meter that sends us the data half hourly then you'll get more accurate energy costs.
What can I do in the E.ON Next app?
Whether you’re a home or business customer you can now manage your account quickly and easily wherever you are with our app.
Here’s what you can do on your smartphone:
Use Face ID or Touch ID login so you never have to worry about remembering your password again.
Set a new password if you’ve recently been moved over to us (as long as you’re getting emails from us, the app is ready and waiting for you to use!)
Send in your meter readings – we’re even got a handy in-app torch for those dark and dingy meter cupboards.
View and download your statements as well as keep up to date with your latest account balance.

How do I download the E.ON Next app?
You can download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
To download and use our app, your device will need to meet the following requirements:
Android or iOS operating system.
Android devices running Android 7 and above.
Apple devices running iOS 12 and above.
You can download and use our app on an iPad or Tablet if you’d prefer, however it is designed and optimized for a phone screen.
