This "Free 8,000" offer will provide the following to qualifying customers (the "Offer"): 8,000 driving miles, equating to an energy value of 2,286kWh and a monetary value of £158 including VAT, credited to the customer's electricity bill upon E.ON Next verification of the qualifying criteria as being fulfilled.
The 8,000 miles is calculated on an average driving efficiency of 3.5 miles per kWh2 of charge and E.ON Next Drive Fixed v3 tariffs current off-peak rate kWh price of 6.9p/kWh (correct as of 1 June 2024). 3.5 miles per kWh is calculated using the 39KW Nissan LEAF driving at a constant speed of 55mph, giving 140 mile range.

Available for new and existing energy supply customers when they switch to the latest Next Drive Fixed tariff.
By participating in the Offer, you (the "Participant" and "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. The Offer can be changed or withdrawn at any time and for any reason and will be available for a limited period only. 2 - Eligibility
This Offer is open to anyone aged 18 years old or above who:
Residential customers (new and existing energy customers included) who book a charger video survey between 16 September 2024 and 14 October 2024 and have their charger installed by 30 November 2024
Is on supply on the current Next Drive Fixed EV Tariff between 16 September and 30 November 2024 ("Offer Period") onwards;
And is eligible according to the terms and conditions for both an EV charger install and the Next Drive Tariff
Customers can participate in this Offer by booking a video survey via Home EV Chargers | E.ON Next (eonnext.com) and purchasing a electric vehicle home charger from e.on within the offer window (selecting bundle offer within the digital journey) then switching to the current Next Drive Fixed tariff during the Offer Period. £158 Credit will automatically be applied to the electricity account following successful charger install and if the customer is on supply on the Next Drive tariff.
is not excluded from the Offer in accordance with these Terms; and
is not an employee of E.ON UK PLC (CRN: 02366970) or any subsidiary company of E.ON UK PLC.
3 - How to Participate in the Offer
You can participate in this Offer by booking a video survey via Home EV Chargers | E.ON Next (eonnext.com) and purchasing a electric vehicle home charger from e.on within the offer window (selecting bundle offer within the digital journey) then switching to the Next Drive Fixed tariff during the Offer Period during this online journey. £158 Credit will automatically be applied to electricity account following successful charger install. You are not eligible for additional discounts with this offer such as the EV50 Next customer discount.
4 - General
To the furthest extent permitted by law, E.ON Drive liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss, injury or damage of whatever kind caused in whole or in part by participation in this Offer, or by their failure to perform any of their obligations under these Terms shall be limited to £250. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits E.ON Drive liability for death or personal injury arising from their negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
E.ON Drive accepts no responsibility for your failure to sign up for this Offer due to a technical fault and accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed in accordance with these Terms for any reason.
Offer is subject to availabilty and E.ON Drive has the right to amend or temporarily suspend the Offer at any time (including if required by local regulations and/or laws) without liability to you or its customers.
Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
This Offer and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you and we both agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Offer or these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdictions of the courts of England
