How do I renew my energy tariff?
You can renew your tariff through your online account, where you’ll be able to choose a tariff that is right for you. If you have a dual fuel tariff with us (both electricity and gas) then we’ll give you a price for both of them together. You’re also able to see how much the unit rates and standing charge for each fuel separately.
You can also renew online if you only have one fuel with us (electricity or gas).
Once you’ve picked your new energy tariff, you can choose to start it right away or at the end of your current tariff.

Can I compare electricity and gas tariff prices online?
