How do I renew my energy tariff?
Manage your account online.
Discounts: We offer a discount if you pay by Direct Debit - how much will depend on your gas and energy tariffs.
Automatic renewal: If you don’t renew your tariff - then you’ll automatically be moved onto our variable tariff, called Next Flex. You can switch from this variable tariff at any time to a fixed tariff as there are no exit fees.
Compare electricity and gas tariff prices
You can see the energy prices for your current tariff through your online account or by looking at your most recent bill. This is broken down into a monthly and annual cost.
