How do I renew my energy tariff?
It's simple. If you choose to renew, just log into your online account and you'll be able to choose
from a range of tariffs.
Renewal date: You have the option to start your new tariff right away or at the end of your current tariff.
Discounts: We offer a discount if you pay by Direct Debit - how much will depend on your gas and energy tariffs.
Automatic renewal: If you don’t renew your tariff - then you’ll automatically be moved onto our variable tariff, called Next Flex. You can switch from this variable tariff at any time to a fixed tariff as there are no exit fees.
