You can either go online to renew (subject to eligibility) if you're within 67 days of your contract end date or call or email to renew up to 1 year ahead to ensure you're always getting the best available products for your business.

How do I get an online business energy account?
You can either set up an account online or call us on 0808 501 5699 and we'll get one set up for you.
What happens at contract renewal?
This depends on what kind of business tariff you're on for your electricity and gas. If you're on a fixed business energy tariff then you can renew via email or telephone up to 6 months before, or you can renew online 67 days before your contract end date (subject to eligibility). If you choose to renew your fixed tariff, a new contract will start the day after your current contract ends.
If you don't choose to renew ahead of your contract end date, you'll automatically roll on to a variable business energy tariff where you'll then have the option to switch to a fixed business tariff at any time, To renew or switch you just need to call us on 0808 501 5109 or email sales-direct@eonnext.com.
What if I don’t renew my business energy contract?
If you don’t want to renew your business contract just yet, then you have these two options.
1You can do nothing.
You’ll be moved on to our variable price plan when your current business tariff ends. Variable business prices are generally higher than on a fixed plan and can change at any time.
If you change your mind after that, you can go back onto a fixed business tariff at any time.
2You can stop getting your business electricity and gas from us.
If you do decide to end your business contract with us then you’ll move onto our out of contract prices.
These are higher than our variable price plan from the end of your fixed plan until your switch to a new supplier is complete.
Is there a business energy price cap?
You may have heard a lot about price cap and rising energy prices in the news, but remember the price cap only applies to domestic customers, not business energy tariffs. However if you do want the certainty of fixed prices, talk to us about our 1, 2 and 3 year fixed price business tariffs.

Should I renew my business energy contract now?
If your business energy contract is due to end within the next 6 months then it's time to renew. You can do this online or by getting in touch.
Can't you just put me on the best business energy tariff for me?
As everyone's preferences are different, we'll never assume what the right business energy tariff is for you. By renewing your contract online you can choose the right one for your business requirements.
What if I don't renew my business energy tariff?
You will move to our flexible contract which is usually more expensive than a fixed business plan.
Can I stay on my current deal?
No, you will need to agree to a new business plan for when your current contract ends.
