How to switch your business electricity and gas to us.
Here's what you need to know to move your business energy supply to E.ON Next and start benefiting from 100% renewable fixed business electricity tariffs.
1Get a business energy quote.
You can give us a call or request a quote online. We offer 1, 2 and 3 year fixed business tariffs and we'll find the right one for you.
2Agree your business energy tariff.
Once you’ve agreed. We will work with your current business energy supplier to get you switched, depending on your contract.
3Send your meter readings over.
Give us your electricity and gas meter readings once the switch is complete. And that’s it, you’re all done. So what are you waiting for?
Looking for a large business energy supplier?
If you're running a large business meaning that your annual energy consumption is more than 100,000kwh of electricity and/or 293,000kwh of gas a year, have a turnover of 2 million pounds or more, have more than 10 employees (or full time equivalent).

Renew your contract with us.
We keep things simple when it comes to renewing your business contract. You can renew online (subject to eligibility) if you're within 67 days of your contract end date. Alternatively, you can call us on 0808 501 5109 or email to renew up to 1 year ahead.

Is it easy to switch business energy supplier?
We've made it as easy as possible to switch your business energy supplier, with a step by step process and reminders of when you need to do things. All you need is your latest business energy bill and your personal details.
How long does it take to switch business energy suppliers?
It normally takes around 5 days to switch business energy suppliers. We'll let you know how the switch is going and when you need to give us any information or meter readings.
Do I need to do anything during the switch?
Once you give us your opening meter readings We'll take care of everything after that.
Your old business energy supplier will then be sent these meter readings so they can close down your account and refund any credit that is due.
It can take a few weeks for this whole process to happen.
How do I change my business energy tariff?
We can only change your business energy tariff within the 180 day window.
All you need to do is either go online or speak to one of our specialists up to and including 6 months before your contract end date to discuss the best available tariff for your business.
If you're on a non-fixed contract then give us a call and we can get your contract agreed that day.
What payment methods do you offer?
We want to make energy easier for you and that’s why we recommend setting up a Direct Debit to pay your bill, as it’s super easy to manage your online account. Did you know you could also save money when you pay by Direct Debit? So if you’d like to set one up, please get in touch.
You can also make a payment by bank transfer and all the details you need are on the back of your bill.
