Installations are usually completed in as little as a day, unless significant upgrades or additional work is needed. This means your boiler could be up and running again on the day the installation starts! Installations are available in most areas the next working day if you order by 3pm.²

These are the key steps during our boiler installation process:

1. Based on your needs and the information you provide in our online survey, we’ll confirm if the new boiler is suitable for your home.

2. Firstly, we’ll perform a gas safety check on your home and do a thorough inspection and removal of your old heating system.

3. Then, we’ll install your new boiler and any components needed for efficiency, including a system flush in accordance with BS 7593:2019 (a code of practice introduced by the British Standards Institute).

4. Next, we’ll commission, test, and certify your new boiler to ensure it’s compliant.

5. After a final gas safety check, we’ll give you a full handover, including demos, top tips, and guidance on key components.

6. To complete the process, we’ll notify building control and submit any relevant applications on your behalf.

After you’ve made the payment, you can select an installation date. We’ll call you before the installation to let you know our arrival time and advise on any preparations (e.g. clearing workspaces and access routes).

We’ll design and plan your system installation, so you can sit back and relax. If we do need any more information from you, we’ll be in contact to discuss (this rarely causes any delays).

You should ensure your boiler’s serviced annually for two main reasons:

1. To maintain the manufacturer's warranty in case something happens to your new boiler – it ensures the warranty remains valid.

2. To ensure your boiler and heating system operate efficiently and safely. Routine maintenance helps to spot any issues early on, helping to reduce potential repair costs and prevent a system breakdown.

We offer combi, system and standard boilers. A combi boiler is where you don’t have a hot water tank and the boiler kicks in whenever there’s a demand for hot water.

A system and standard boiler setup is a more traditional heating and hot water system, where there is a hot water storage tank instead of the boiler firing up each time there’s demand. Looking to convert to a combi? We can convert these system types into a combi boiler.

No, we offer both natural gas and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) boilers. However, we don’t offer replacement oil or boilers supplied by another fossil fuel. We also don’t offer electric only boilers at this time.
