We're here to help you explore our range of fixed business tariffs.

Here are the most asked business tariff and renewal questions.

How do I switch my energy supplier?

It couldn’t be easier to switch your electricity and gas supply over to E.ON Next. We offer bespoke tariffs for your business energy needs.

  1. Get an energy quote. Whether you want a fixed 1 year or 2 year, we’ve got the right tariff for you.

  2. Once you’ve picked your tariff, you will need to give your current supplier 30 days notice. We will then set up your Direct Debit and tell your current energy supplier that you’re joining us.

  3. Give us your electricity and gas meter readings once the switch is complete. And that’s it, you’re all done. So what are you waiting for?

How long will it take to switch my energy to E.ON Next?

Once you've switched you can register your interest to install a smart meter if you don't have one as well as download our great new app.

Are energy prices worth fixing?

It can be worth fixing your energy prices for 1 or 2 years if you want peace of mind. It means that you'll pay the same for your energy units, but how much you pay will still be affected by how much you use.

Is electricity cheaper at night?

If you have a multi-rate meter, for example one that has a day and a night reading, then you can pay different rates for your electricity depending on the time of day.

For example, you might have storage heaters and want to heat them up overnight, so paying less during the night and more during the day makes sense. It's always best to check how much electricity you're using at night to see if it's worth having separate day/night rates, as you will pay more during the day than if you were only on one rate.
