Well the answer should hopefully be: easily. As long as you've got the details to hand about your current energy supplier, like your tariff and how much you're using or spending, then you should be good to go.

We're going to talk you through what you need to do, as well as help out with some situations that crop up from time to time.

We've made it as easy as possible to switch your energy supplier, with a step by step process and reminders of when you need to do things. All you need is your latest energy bill and your personal details.

It normally takes a couple of weeks to switch energy suppliers. We'll let you know how the switch is going and when you need to give us any information or meter readings.

Once you give us your opening meter readings We'll take care of everything after that.

Your old supplier will then be sent these meter readings so they can close down your account and refund any credit that is due.

It can take a few weeks for this whole process to happen.

We can ony change your tariff within the 180 day window.

All you need to do is speak to one of our specialists up to and including 6 months before your contract end date to discuss the best available tariff for your business. If you are on a non-fixed contract then give us a call and we can get your contract agreed that day.

You will move to our flexible contract which is usually more expensive than a fixed business plan.

No, you will need to agree to a new business plan for when your current contract ends.
